It's very old and rooms are small even the ones with kitchenette. There's a private access to the water but NO private beach. It's very disappointing cause I would've been very convenient with the kids. I would've booked elsewhere for that price.
Excellent little motel. Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to the quaint town of Magog. Also close to Owl's Head (30 mins). I would definitely stay again.

Rooms clean but reception staff rude.
I know this is a two star hotel but for the price I paid I expected better. The rooms were clean enough, but the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and thin. I tossed and turned all night long. The fact that they put a coffee machine in the room at first seems like a nice touch but then you wake up and realize that there are no complimentary coffee pods it seems like an insult added to the injury of a sleepless night. (you have to buy those at the check in counter which only opens at 8am). I will not be coming back or recommending this place.
