Loved it here. Very relaxing. Great variety of pools and temperatures. Excellent atmosphere, decor and staff. No freebies like tea, but cold water available and two complementary towels. Talking and silent areas. Beautiful natural river setting. One little drawback is the vertical - a lot of stairs, but nothing that would stop me from going back. Would definitely recommend! Great price, very reasonable for what this spa offers.
Nice staff and facilities but way too many bugs to my taste. Probably a better destination during winter.I loved the catacombs, wish there was a hotter pool.

The spa is beautiful with many. Georgia places to sit and great saunas We did a family day and took my elderly aunt. It is not very mobile friendly for an elderly person. But she enjoyed the spas.
Excellent Spa, worth the trip. I've driven here from the Hudson valley more than a few times to soak and steam. There is really nothing at all like it in New York State. This place is comfortable, clean, in a beautiful setting and has a great selection of saunas, steams and tubs. I love going from the sauna into the river, even in winter. I love the no talking policy. This was the first spa I've ever experienced that. My only small complaint is the music that is piped in is weirdly disconcerting. I bring earplugs or my own music and earphones when I want to sit in the relaxing room.
