I have no complaints about this Walmart. I go there often and have always had prompt and courteous service whenever I needed to interact with the employees there.
Went there and needed help in the electronics. Took me about 10 minutes to find someone and that person said it wasn't her department and called for someone. 10 more minutes goes by and someone finally showed up.A man walks up to her and asked for something. I said excuse me.. I've been here for 20 min. ... Her answer was.. It won't be long I will be with you... Waited for another 10 minutes and then was so mad.. I walked out of there and bought my tv from somewhere else. And I'm not talking about a 400.00 tv..
Nice clean place to go for your grocery and shopping needs. Wonderful staff.
I always enjoy shopping at Walmart in Magog. I know where everything is and the prices. Never disappointed.
